Meditation Workshops

Learn simple breathing techniques and meditation to relax the body and calm the mind.  Group sessions online connect us all and create the much-needed positive energy for us to fight COVID-19.  Every Wednesday at 4:15 pm, and every Sunday at 12 pm, join District 1 Resident Jiazhen, breathing and meditation teacher with the Art of Living Foundation for 12 years, on Zoom.  Sessions are conducted in English and Mandarin.
