Join Supervisor Fewer and the SF Planning Department for a Town Hall to learn about the Housing Element and their work on building capacity for affordable housing on the Westside.
The Housing Element is a series of policies that shape the future of housing in San Francisco. These policies address the City’s housing needs in terms of adequacy, affordability, racial and social equity, environmental justice, design, resiliency, and livability.
Affordable housing expert and Richmond resident, Joseph Smooke, will discuss the work he is leading to build capacity for an affordable housing, community development organization based on the Westside. This community development work is funded by a State grant secured by Supervisor Fewer from Assemblymember Phil Ting.
