Join the Golden Gate Frog Hop fitness and fundraising challenge

It's that time of year again to join the Golden Gate Frog Hop!  The Frog Hop is a great incentive to get out there and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air after months of staying indoors.  For the price of a yoga class (or gym membership if you consider sponsoring) you can contribute to a good cause that directly benefits children, youth and families who live, work and go to school in the Richmond District! 

The fitness challenge will run May 1st through May 31st, 2023 starting with a Kickoff Event at the Neighborhood Center to get you started accumulating your fitness mileage by competing in fun fitness activities with your neighbors and friends. 

Golden Gate Frog Hop Kickoff Event: April 30, 2023 10AM - 1PM at the Richmond Neighborhood Center

Fitness Challenge: May 1 - 31, 2023 (virtual) Registration is live on April 1, 2023.
