Reopening SF

Dear Community Partners,

As most of you already know, San Francisco and Mayor Breed announced some exciting news today. The State is expected to lift the regional stay at home order allowing the reopening of limited businesses starting this Thursday at 8:00 AM.

The activities that will reopen include key sectors allowed by the State's purple tier, including outdoor dining with tables of no more than two households, up to six people and spaced a minimum of 6 feet apart; indoor and outdoor personal services, except those that require a mask to be removed; outdoor zoos and museums; small outdoor gatherings; and expanded capacity on activities that were minimized during the Stay at Home Order. In addition, San Francisco will allow hotels to resume operations for tourism use, but will maintain its mandatory local travel quarantine. Read the press release for more details on the upcoming reopening.

The City will post the revised Health Order with detailed requirements to its webpage on Wednesday, January 27. The reopening of businesses and activities will inevitably increase travel and interaction throughout the city; therefore, we’re encouraging our business community to remain vigilant by adhering to safety measures under the pending Health Order.

We are hosting a webinar to advise businesses on the best practices for reopening under the latest guidelines and will answer as many questions as we can live.
